Simple Home Heath Remedies You May not be Aware of
Many times we don't know that there are simple finger-tip, home health remedies we can use to fix a health issue.
Did you know that when you or family are given a Antibiotic prescription, you should also be taking Acidophilus with the prescription to maintain the bacteria in your digestive tract? Many Antibiotics kill most of the bacteria in your body and you need the good bacteria for digestion and your immune systems to function properly. It can take months for your body to recover on its own from using antibiotics.
Did you know that if you have a headache, quite often you can cure it with simply drinking enough water? That is one of the first signs of dehydration.
When is the last time that you did a System Cleanse. You know...for parasites. Quite often their presence will generate symptoms that are confused for other conditions too, leaving the cause undisturbed and the carrier at risk. Children are at high risk because of their hygienic habits.
This is a dedication to "us" today and what we have to cope with.
We are sharing information that we come across from time to time, experienced, or studied. For example: What you are most likely doing to yourself when you wash your hair? Huh? Get serious! Or better yet...what are you doing to your unborn male children?
It used to be, we could rely on our elders to guide us in health practices they used in days of yore. We have lost most of that knowledge or at least it seems so. It is still here but no longer at the forefront of our information sources. Sometimes that is a good thing too. I mean using leeches for infection turns me off and I am very glad there are Over-the-Counter (OTC) products to help with that. Also, I rather go to the hospital to have injuries sewn there if needed. Common sense really goes a long way too.
You be the Judge
